Drawings, reports & costs
Full Report PDF
Generate and download one PDF containing the available performance reports and drawings for your plan, with a real page index and explicit availability notes.

What the report contains
Open Report in the DX evaporator, DX condenser, chilled-water, hot-water, steam, dry-cooler or Shell & Tube calculator. Full Report compiles existing document generators; it does not run a second thermal calculation or replace individual exports.
The result is one PDF with a cover, contents with actual page ranges, and availability notes. Original document page sizes, text, vectors and engineering warnings are preserved. It is not a ZIP or a bundle of STEP/DXF files, and generation does not automatically save a project or history record.
Chapters by subscription
For the six finned-coil calculators, the chapter permissions below apply. Paid access requires an authenticated subscription in active or trialing status; the server rechecks access before download. Permission does not guarantee sufficient data for every chapter.
Fabrication details remain exclusive to Manufacturer. Manufacturer uses its assembly chapter rather than the lower-plan simple dimensional chapter. Shell & Tube follows the separate rules below.
| Plan | Available coil chapters |
|---|---|
| Free | No Full Report export; the calculation engines are not downgraded. |
| Professional | Performance and simple exterior dimensions. |
| Enterprise | Performance, simple exterior dimensions, bill of materials and cost estimate. |
| Manufacturer | Performance, assembly and sheet drawings, circuitry drawing and sequence, manifold dimensional drawings, cost estimate, configured manifold joint details. |
Generate, review, then download
Subscribers can download directly after authorization; there is no additional public lead-capture gate in this flow. Individual exports remain separate. The compiled PDF is held in memory, so regenerate it if the page or report state is lost.
- Complete the current calculation and review its results and warnings. Set the project name and model code that should identify the report.
- Check geometry, casing/sheets, circuitry and Cost as applicable to your plan. Verify account language, Company identity/logo and unit preferences before compiling.
- Open Report and choose Generate Full Report. Generation is disabled for Free, without results, while calculating or while another report operation is busy. The panel displays the chapter being prepared.
- When Report ready appears, review the page count, chapter page ranges and all unavailable-section notes. The displayed plan chapter badges are permissions, not an inventory of successfully generated pages.
- Choose Download Full Report. After a fresh authorization check, the browser downloads a single file named from the model code or project name with the suffix _full_report.pdf.
Changes invalidate the prepared PDF
Generation captures the current geometry, configuration, network and costs. Changes to the report snapshot—including inputs/results, geometry, circuitry, costs, project/company identity, language, units or plan—make the prepared report unavailable for download. Changes during generation stop that compilation from becoming the current report.
If you see Configuration changed, calculate again when calculation inputs changed, then generate again. Changing only display or company settings still requires a new compilation. Do not use an older downloaded PDF as evidence of the new configuration.
The server revalidates plan, permitted chapters, report language and company brand after assembly and before download. An authorization failure aborts the operation rather than silently delivering restricted pages.
Read coil drawings within their scope
Professional and Enterprise simple sheets show front/side views and general width, height and depth in mm, not to scale. They use the configured casing plus fin-pack envelope when available; otherwise they explicitly show the fin-pack envelope only. Connections are excluded. For V coils, dimensions are per bank, not the whole V assembly.
Manufacturer chapters use configured assembly/sheets and the validated circuitry network. Manifold dimensions are generated by system and inlet/outlet role. For a DX evaporator, the inlet is not replaced with a tubular manifold: the existing custom DX distributor drawing is attempted separately for each system.
A manifold dimensional drawing does not require a welding-joint definition. Joint-detail pages do require supported, geometrically valid configured joints; missing, skipped or blocked components are noted instead of invented. Missing custom DX distributor geometry or unsupported V geometry can leave that optional drawing unavailable.
Shell & Tube has separate access and limits
A Full Report for Shell & Tube requires both a paid report subscription and active Shell & Tube Module access; the module alone does not unlock export. Professional and Enterprise receive performance plus the simple shell drawing. Manufacturer receives performance plus the existing preliminary general-arrangement drawing, not the coil circuitry/manifold/fabrication chapters.
The simple drawing labels known shell barrel diameter D_s in mm and declared tube length L in m, referenced along the straight barrel. Curved heads are schematic: their unknown lengths are excluded, so these are not overall envelope dimensions. Unprovided values are marked, not fabricated.
Enterprise policy permits an optional cost chapter, but the current Shell & Tube integration supplies no compatible BOM geometry, so that chapter is reported unavailable. Manufacturer does not claim a Shell & Tube cost chapter. General-arrangement geometry blockers, including a baffle-count mismatch, can stop the report; the drawing is not silently replaced with another model.
Technical Shell & Tube general-arrangement annotations remain in English, even when the cover and contents use another supported language.
Review the estimate before commercial use
Coil cost chapters require BOM geometry and use the existing BOM/cost calculation. Cost selection prioritizes project/current values, then browser-saved values, then default estimate rates. Values are resolved once at the beginning of compilation; unavailable browser storage falls back to defaults.
In Cost, review copper/aluminum/steel rates per kg, labor rate per hour, labor hours, currency and applicable DX distributor cost. The displayed mass-unit preference does not turn a stored per-kg material rate into a per-lb rate. Cost and performance pages retain the unit conventions of their existing generators; the simple coil drawing remains explicitly in mm.
A default-rate fallback is identified in the report notes. Current or saved prices are not supplier verification either. The result is a materials/cost estimate, not a supplier quotation, sale price or manufacturing commitment. Revise prices and regenerate before making a commercial decision.
Language, Company logo and units
The supported primary account language takes precedence; the current interface language is the fallback, then English. Cover, contents and new sheets support English, Portuguese, Spanish, Chinese, Hindi and Arabic. Existing generators retain their own localization limits: custom DX distributor geometry and labels keep their original language and engineering warnings.
Company name and logo come from the authenticated account. Configure them in Company rather than expecting arbitrary report input to override the identity. The logo loader checks permitted origin and safe raster content; a logo that cannot be embedded is reported, without substituting a different company identity.
Choose unit preferences before generation and read each sheet's unit labels. Merging the documents preserves their original formats; it is not a global conversion or translation of every source page.
Missing chapters and blocked generation
- No results or recalculation requested: run the current calculation, resolve its errors, then compile again.
- Partial report: check availability notes in the panel and contents. Optional chapter failures are recorded; missing data is not replaced with an old drawing. Fix the relevant geometry, validated network, joint configuration or cost data and regenerate.
- Permission denied: check authentication, active/trialing paid plan and, for Shell & Tube, active module access. Authorization errors stop the whole compilation.
- Missing mandatory document: performance bytes, required simple dimensions or the Shell & Tube drawing cannot simply be omitted; their failure blocks generation. A malformed generated PDF also blocks final assembly.
- Size limits: each compilation is limited to 600 pages and 80 MiB. More than 32 manifold system/role selections also blocks compilation. Review the project scope and use existing individual exports when a compilation exceeds its limits.
- Logo or language warning: review account settings and the generator-specific limits above. A successfully downloaded PDF can still contain explicit omissions and preliminary warnings.
- Cover metadata too long: shorten excessive project/model/company text and generate again; the cover rejects overflow instead of silently clipping it.
