ExCoil was created by HVAC&R engineers in Brazil to replace scattered spreadsheets with one workspace where thermal design, hydraulics, drawings and documentation stay consistent.
What we build
A web platform that rates and sizes seven types of heat exchangers and turns the calculated geometry into drawings, 3D models, bills of materials and technical reports.
How we work
Every engine change is covered by regression tests against independent references. When we find an error, we fix the model and document it instead of adding a correction factor.
Where we are going
More validated geometries, deeper shell-and-tube mechanics and better integration with ERP and CAD workflows used by manufacturers.
